How to Purchase Tickets

All tickets for Castle Craig Productions are now sold exclusively online via BrownPaperTickets.com. Due to the intimate size of our venue, our productions normally sell out, so ticket availability at the door is rare. We strongly encourage patrons to purchase tickets in advance.

If you prefer to not purchase online, Brown Paper Tickets Customer Service representatives are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to take your ticket order over the phone! Simply call 1-800-838-3006 and follow the prompts to talk with a representative.

Cancellation/Refund Policies

The Castle Craig Players have a NO REFUND policy for purchased tickets. Patrons that cannot attend a performance they purchased tickets for, are welcome to share those tickets with friends or family members.

If a performance is cancelled due to inclement weather, the performance will be rescheduled. All ticket holders will be contacted via the email address provided when purchasing tickets online. The cancellation notice will also be posted on our website and on our Facebook page.

Tickets that were purchased for the cancelled performance will be honored at the rescheduled performance date OR ticket-holders can exchange their tickets for another performance date of the same production (subject to ticket availability).

If a patron cannot attend the rescheduled performance AND there are no seats available for a different performance date of the same production, the ticket purchaser will receive a refund.

If a ticket purchaser/holder chooses to NOT attend the performance that they purchased tickets for and the performance date has NOT BEEN CANCELLED, no refund is available.
